McCloskey uses graphite to illustrate the conversion of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, which was renovated by Abbey Realty into 22 units.
Additionally, McCloskey adds gouache to highlight the natural beauty of the building's facade, particularly in the arches along the perimeter.
The illustration can be found on page 45 of 'Walking Around Hoboken.
