Original photographer not indicated; slide maker below. She was the wife of Julius Durstewitz, who was the director of the Hoboken Playgrounds and a Hoboken resident. Photograph of her may be earlier, probably ca. 1910. This slide (one of a group of thirty one: photo catalog 2005.078.0900 to .0931) was for use in a stereopticon projector. The Playgrounds Department's stereopticon from circa 1918 is objects 2005.078.2100. The creation of the slide itself may have been from 1910 to 1930.
