Baker's Coconut ad: I never saw what Teddy Bears were made of... until Baker's Coconut and Baker's Chocolate. Full-page color advertisement by (Franklin Baker Division) General Foods, White Plains, N.Y. as published in unknown magazine, probably 1961, page unknown. Clipped leaf, 10-1/4" x 13-13/16" high.
Promoted Baker's Angel Flake Coconut with boxed package depicting the Teddy Bear cut-up cake. Baker's Chocolate was a separate product line and separate division of General Foods. The General Foods Kitchens logo is seen in black-and-white.
End date for Franklin Baker operations in Hoboken has not been established, but as this ad shows, General Foods has dropped the Franklin Baker name and Hoboken address.
