End date for Franklin Baker operations in Hoboken has not been established, but as this ad shows, General Foods has dropped the Franklin Baker name and Hoboken address.
The 1962 date is as stated by donor and it is known to have appeared in publications in 1962; the 1961date is more probable as it is derived from another ad on reverse where a known company established in 1879 stated it had provided '"82 years of service."
