The small building at the left at River Road is the Berry Forwarding Company, Cartage and Shipping.
At the upper left are homes on River Street north of Fifth Street; most were homes of faculty or officers of Stevens Institute of Technology. At the upper right is a warehouse of Campbell Stores, 6th Street Pier.
