[12] pp. Handwritten paper label pasted in center of front cover: Jas Miller. Dues were 50 cents per month. Miller usually paid up twice a year. The financial secretary was S.S. Spicer who recorded and signed for all payments. The printed pages are dated "18__" so the book was apparently from 19th century stock of the association. Since there are eleven pages for dues at one year per page and this was Miller's second book, it is likely that he was a member of this association for at least 14 years.
