Previous owner is not indicated, but apparently it was a Stevens student or staff member. This facility is located on the east side of Hudson Street between Seventh and Eighth Streets (711 Hudson St.). Called the Experimental Towing Tank until 1958 when it was renamed Davidson Laboratory. It is presently called Davidson Marine Hydrodynamics Laboratory.
