Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 6 stories; 8 bays including a deeply recessed central bay; brick façade except stone in horizontal and radiating patterns on first floor; single and double 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; stone parapet with sections of shed roof cornice; arched festooned window heads on first and fifth floors; brick lintels and stone sills; central recessed entrance; stone sill course on fifth floor.
