Photographer was M[ichael].J. Romano as inkstamped on reverse plus holographic additions with date (see notes.) None of the individuals are identified.
The refreshments included small cakes and baked goods.
The Y served as host for United Service Organization (U.S.O.) activities during World War II. It is believed that the military service was the Coast Guard rather than Navy.
