Apartment building; Art Deco; irregular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 9 bays including 1 two-sided bay; tripartite division of brick façade; casement windows except entry bay and 2 three-sided bay windows on first floor; flat roof; central pavilion ends in parapet with elaborate patterned brick design; side pavilions end in geometric pattern frieze and parapet with triangular pattern and pinnacles; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance; porch spans central 3 bays, supported by fluted columns with carved frieze; carved stone sill course on second floor.
