Photographer not known. Labeled on negative in white ink: H 1961. Erie 931, Class MPSA-16, was a Class RS-3 (Alco) built in March 1953, #80229. It became EL 931, Class MPSA-16, in 1960 and in April 1976 it became Conrail 5552, Class RS-3. View is northwest as the train approaches the terminal. Engine carries old Erie markings. In the distance behind the passenger car is the control tower. Uncommon winter view with snow on the ground.
