Apartment building; rectangular plan; 3 stories plus raised basement; 7 bays; tripartite division of brick façade with panels and recessed center section; patterned brick frieze with diamond ornaments; single and double 6/1 and 8/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick stepped parapet; brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with stone door head and pilasters; picket fence on ground floor; stone sill course on first and third floors.
