Deed to a bit of Ireland presented to James [F.] Quinn, proprietor of the Elysian Cafe, by R.J. Schaefer, President, F. & M. Schaefer Brewing Company, Brooklyn, N.Y., March 12, 1960. Printed sheet, 10" x 12" wide, with holographic inscriptions of Quinn's name and the plot number. Reverse is blank. Quinn was given title to a plot of land in Ireland, it being one square foot numbered 12982 at Lauvlyer in the Barony of Tyrawley. A brewery promotion. Deed was once displayed at the Elysian Cafe, Hoboken.
