Mixed-use row house apartment building; Italianate features; corner lot; attached on one side; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus basement; 5 bays except 6 bays on side, entry bay and storefront on ground floor; brick façade; 1/1 sash windows; 2 oriels and 1 corner turret extending from the second to the fourth floor with decorative panels below the windows; flat roof; bracketed and denticulated cornice; stone lintels and sills; offset stoop, wood panel door entrance with scrolled iron handrails and newel posts; stone water table.
