Note at center, Church Square Towers, all buildings at 4th to 6th Streets which helps to place the photographer at about Tenth Street. O'Brien notes on the back: From the hill looking down, factories Monroe / Jackson st. [cataloger's note: Jackson Street does not go further north than Tenth St.] ---- This photo is in a group of 23 in this accession which are the same size prints and apparently taken during the same period; none are dated, but automobile models and other elements seen in some images suggest the date range.
