At center are numbers 618 and 620, Massarsky Bros. Paint & Hardware. Beyond is seen a large hanging neon sign for Fair Delicatessen / Liquors at 602 Washington. It is winter as indicated by the clothing and the sleds seen outside Massarsky's. ---- Dating is suggested by the wear on the word "Phone" on Tudino's sign, "Orders to Take Out". Tudino's was founded in 1968 and the sign shows some wear. Tudino's received a new stone face storefront in the early 1980s.
