Mixed-use apartment building; C-shaped plan; 5 stories plus storefronts; 12 bays; brick façade; single 6/1 and 8/1 sash windows except storefronts and entry bay; flat roof; brick parapet with central medallion; keystone arch and flat arch lintels on fifth floor; occasional bracketed stone window heads on first floor; brick lintels and stone sills elsewhere; central entrance with arched stone surround, pilasters, door head, and sidewalk awning; fire escapes; stone sill course on first and fifth floors; stone string course below the parapet.
