Gummed flap on short end. Three copies. Belonged to the Avegno family, long-time residents of 907 Castle Point Terrace, Hoboken, who did a great deal of their personal banking here. Typically used by employers who cashed their employees' paychecks. Note that the box for Social Security taxes is labeled "Federal Old Age."
