It has his holographic ink signature on page 7. It has 502 chronological entries. No table of contents as in Volume One, but it has the same sections as found in that volume: bibliography, abbreviations used in references, references, glossary of obsolete names and places, index and other publications. Following page 194 are three un-numbered pages listing the publications of the New Jersey Historical Public Records Survey Program. The catalogue was a Work Projects Administration effort begun in 1936. The project was expected to be completed in five or six volumes. 4to softcover
