In the background is a policeman or an actor costumed as a policeman. The view is looking north-northwest near the Fifth Street pier with Stevens Institute of Technology in the background. One of a group of 14 slides, 2001.098.0001 to 2001.098.0014, numbered on the slides 1 to 19 with numbers 7 to 10 and 16 missing. Whether this image is a candid or a posed 'still' is unknown. The image is in poor condition with severe fading and scratches. Image is available here as a black-and-white enhanced image and in its original condition. Appears to be in original cardboard mount which is imaged both sides for recording holographic notations and potential provenance determination.
