DescriptionAutomoble jack used by the Kostelecky family in their Hoboken auto repair business, no date, ca. 1900-30. No manufacturer indicated. Cast iron hand operated floor screw jack with 1-3/4" x 12" acme thread screw. Screw size is cast in relief. 6" diameter base x 16" minimum height traveling to a ca. 26" maximum height. Holder on side for 17" long x 5/8" diameter turning rod.
