DescriptionBlank printed container labels for liquor from Washington Pharmacy, 740 Washington Street, Hoboken, no date, ca. 1920-1933. 2-1/4" high x 3-7/16" wide (for single label). Uncut group of three, printed one side, gummed adhesive reverse. No perforations or cut line. Brittle and chipped. Label has lines for "Liquor," "Quantity" and "Proof." It was not refillable. Pharmacists were listed as "Henig & Kidorf" under the business name. Samuel Kidorf apparently later operated a pharmacy under the Washington Pharmacy name as well as Kidorf's Pharmacy at 736 Washington Street. See related.
