The location is not known, but the source of the photo and probable photographer, Charlie Kosbab, makes it likely that it was in Hoboken, N.J. at the Bethlehem Steel Shipyard. Note the two riggers to the right and a group of three men at the left, one in shorts and quite casual about the multi-ton piece hanging a few feet away.
