Timetable: Erie Railroad. Time Tables. Daylight Savings Time. Effective April 28, 1957. Form 1.
Pamphlet, blue ink, 9" high x 8" wide; folded to 4-1/8" wide; 32 pp.
Starting in 1956, the Erie and Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad began to consolidate service at Lackawanna Terminal in Hoboken. Prior to this the Erie used its own terminal in Jersey City. Ultimately the two railroads merged in 1960.

Page [2]: All Erie Trains (except certain commuter trains) Now Arrive and Depart from Erie-Lackawanna Station in Hoboken New Jersey instead of Jersey City.
This publication is one of the earliest where Lackawannna Terminal is now called Erie-Lackawanna Terminal (or Station as the text above put it.) The inset map on page [2] uses Erie-Lackawanna Terminal and the one on page 18 calls it Erie Terminal, Hoboken.
The Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad is not mentioned in any text. The Barclay Street ferry which was operated by the D.L. & W. is part of route directions for getting to Hoboken along with the Hudson and Manhattan Railroad or " Tubes." Motor coach (bus) service is offered from Rockefeller Center to Hoboken via the Holland Tunnel. The maps do not depict the Lincoln Tunnel or mention a route using it.
