Mixed-use apartment building; C-shaped plan with courtyard; 5 stories plus storefronts; 12 bays; brick façade except stone on first floor; single and double 6/1 sash windows except storefronts and entry bay; flat roof; shed roof parapet; squared turrets with hipped roofs on the fifth floor extend into the parapet; keystone arch window surrounds on fifth floor; brick lintels and stone sills; recessed side entrance; stone sill course on second floor; fire escapes; molded frieze above storefronts.
