Printed die cut (outline and two eye holes) cover paper stock, 8" high x 9" wide, with elastic cord on reverse attached with staples. Reverse is unprinted and blank. Mask has a helmut shape in a style that might have been derived from a "Buck Rogers" science fiction character's costume. Intended for children to play with when dining at the restaurant.
