She is not identified at present, but the subject is possibly Erna Sanntrock (born 1881) as this woman appears to be early to mid twenties in age.

One of a group of photographs in this accession related to the Sanntrock family which lived in Hoboken from the later part of the 19th century until the early 20th century. Consisting of images of first and second generation German immigrants, the group reflects their German heritage and culture in fashions and content (some photographs are from Germany, apparently of relatives.)
