Photo was probably taken by William Tremper. 8-5/16" wide x 12-11/16" high image on 11" x 14" paper. Reverse has holographic ink notation, "OK with | contrast" plus pencil numbering. The building is known as the Yellow Flats and runs the full length of the block from 12th to 13th St. It appears to be under renovation. There is a realtor's sold sign: Englebrecht Real Estate. The view is looking north and the Lipton Tea Building can be seen at the left in the distance. The provenance of this image is not settled, but it is believed to have been produced for a Hoboken governmental publication that was cancelled.
