Photographer not identified (possibly William Tremper.) 8-3/8" wide x 12-7/16" high image on 11" x 14" paper. Reverse has holographic pencil notation; see image. The building was once the Second Precinct Police Station. Painted sign over doorway with the name of Mayor Louis DePascale. The provenance of this image is not settled, but it is believed to have been produced for a Hoboken governmental publication that was cancelled.
