Apartment building; Gothic Revival features; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays on front façade and 3 bays on side façade; brick façade with lozenge patterned panel extending from the second to fourth floors on end bay; single, double and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; paneled stone cornice; crenelated parapet with pinnacles; soldier and header brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and keystone arch surround; fire escape; stone sill course on second floor.
