Apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 5 bays; brick façade with Tudor style timbering motifs on stucco sections of the fourth and fifth floors; single, double and triple 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 and 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; Spanish tiled shed roofs and gablets at the roofline; tiled shed roof window heads on second floor; header brick lintels and sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window, side lights, and tiled hip roof portico supported by square brick columns; brick sill courses on second floor.
