Mixed-use row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories; 6 bays except storefronts on ground floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay and storefronts; flat roof; bracketed and modillioned cornice; foliated frieze above storefronts; keystone flat arch lintels and stone sills on the third, fourth and fifth floors; central stoop, single-door entrance with scrolled iron handrail; fire escape with iron balconies and convex balusters; sill courses on the second and third floors; pilasters in horizontal patterned brick extend from the second floor into the cornice on the end bays.
