(NY72) Hoboken, N.J., May 23 -- OLD BLUE EYES CAME BACK -- Frank Sinatra, who had vowed never to perform again in New Jersey after a run-in with a state official, returns Thursday to Hoboken, N.J. to received an honorary engineering degree from his hometown college, despite opposition from students and teachers.
