Mixed-use row house apartment building; corner lot; attached on one side; rectangular plan; 5 stories; 7 bays except 5 bays on side including 4 three-sided oriels and ground floor storefronts; stone façade on the second floor and brick façade on the third, fourth and fifth floors; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bays and ground floor storefronts; flat roof; denticulated cornice; keystone flat arch lintels on second, third and fourth floors, festooned window heads on fifth floor; stone sills; portico residential entrance with arched doorway, columns and frieze that reads ELIZABETH; 2 corner commercial wood and glass double-door entrances; 2 fire escapes with scrolled iron balconies; recessed brick and stone panels between windows on the fifth floor; stone sill courses on the third, fourth and fifth levels.
