Laminated plastic incised with symbols both sides, 18" long x 1-3/4" high x 1/8" thick. With: original two piece slipcase carton with printed paper label on tray end. For use in the Leroy lettering system. Typically used by draftsmen, engineers, mapmakers, geologists, etc. Italic alphabet on side with K&E logo and product number. Italic numerals and symbols on back. Keuffel & Esser Co. main office and factories were in Hoboken in the period when this item was made.
