A court action by Frank. J Markey, plaintiff against defendants Mary H. Markey, James J. Markey, Agnes I. Markey, Mary M. Markey, Lawyers Mortgage Company, Joseph Hahan, Julius Goldwater, "Anna" Reed, "John" Sloman, "Mary" Winkworka, the first names "Anna "John" and "Mary" being ficticious, the true first names of said defendants being unknown to the plaintiff, Philip C. Limbacher, Louis W. Peters, The O.J. Gude Company and James Caso.
A dispute over mortgages and rents concerning two properties in New York City. One at the southwest corner of Third Avenue and Thirty-fifth Street. The second was at 417 West 53rd St. The two-page order is followed by the two-page affidavits of Markey and his attorney, Henry S. Cook.
Several of the Markey's lived in Hoboken and were related to the Miller's.
