Limbacher, Louis W. Peters, The O.J. Gude Company and James Caso. A dispute over mortgages and rents concerning two properties in New York City. One at the southwest corner of Third Avenue and Thirty-fifth Street. The second was at 417 West 53rd St. The two-page order is followed by the two-page affidavits of Markey and his attorney, Henry S. Cook. Several of the Markey's lived in Hoboken and were related to the Miller's.
