Reverse has maker's stamped mark: Dieges & Clust, 23 John St., N.Y. Sunday School of the German Evangelical Church. A medal depicting the the church building. Celebrating the fiftieth anniversary. "Ebenezer" is Hebrew for "stone of help." The church is at Sixth and Garden Streets, 600 Garden St., where the building still stands, but is not in use by the original congregation.
