Apartment building; Art Deco; L-shaped plan; 5 stories; 9 bays except 6 bays on first floor; brick façade with recessed planes; single and double 2/1 and 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; entry bay pilasters extend to elaborate parapet; brick and carved stone lintels; stone and brick window sills; central wood and glass double-door entrance with sidewalk awning, stone surround and carved panel extending to the second floor windows; fire escapes; carved stone sill course on second floor; stone string courses on first floor.
