Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays; brick façade; single and triple 4/1, 3/1 and 2/1 sash windows except entry bays; flat roof; crenelated parapet with 2 patterned brick merlons and stone diamond ornament; soldier and header brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and keystone arch surround; single door basement entry with iron handrails; soldier brick sill course on second and fourth floors; stone string course above fourth floor.
