Mixed-use row house apartment building; corner lot; attached on one side; rectangular plan; 3 stories plus basement; 3 bays except 4 bays on side and storefront on ground floor; stone façade; single 2/2 segmented arch sash windows on third floor, front façade, and on second and third floors on side façade; French doors with Juliet balconies and arched transom windows, French windows, arched window on second floor; flat roof, 1 chimney; bracketed and denticulated cornice; stone lintels and sills; offset wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and denticulated cornice; single-door side entrance; stone water table.
