Mixed-use apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays on front façade and 8 bays on side façade; brick façade; quoining above first floor; pilasters resembling quoining on side façade; single and double 1/1 sash windows except storefronts and entry bays; flat roof; bracketed and consoled cornice with paneled frieze; small shed roof cornice above corner storefront; brick labeled window heads on fourth floor; keystone flat arch lintels and stone sills; 3 offset wood and glass double-door entrances with transom windows and stone surrounds; stone sill course on the second floor.
