RE: Maxwell House Complex Freshwater Wetlands Permit (No.0905-03-00011)
Richard Grubb and Associates (RGA) is pleased to present your institution with the enclosed materials relating to the former Maxwell House Coffee Plant in Hoboken, New Jersey. The items are provided on behalf of PT Maxwell LLC, developers of the property, in fulfillment of Conditions 6, 9 & 10 of the NJDEP's [New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection] Waterfront Development Permit issued in connection with the Maxwell House Complex. In addition to a copy of RGA's original cultural resources investigation of the site, the enclosed includes photographic and written documentation, a supplemental site history, and a popular document. The materials are for the institution's permanent collection and general public use. All original photo negatives have been deposited with the New Jersey Historic Preservation Office. A duplicate set of negatives covering the architectural drawing collection is enclosed herein with our compliments and thanks.
