Apartment building; Tudor Revival; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 12 bays with including 4 central recessed bays forming a courtyard with semi-circular driveway; brick façade except stucco sections with timbering motif topped with gables extending into the parapet; brick and stone parapet; brick frieze in lozenge patterns with stone ornaments; double 8-pane casement windows with transom windows; flat roof; keystone arch, flat arch and brick lintels; stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with stone surround; stone sill courses on second floor.
