Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 7 bays on front façade including a deeply recessed central bay; brick façade except stone on basement level; single and triple 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet with pinnacles and pediments; brick frieze diamond ornaments; brick and stone lintels and stone sills; central recessed entrance accessed by staircase with square newels and stone balusters; fire escape; stone sill course on first and fourth floors.
