Apartment building; Art Deco; H-shaped plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 13 bays except 11 bays on first floor; brick façade; single, double and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay with casement windows; flat roof; stepped parapet; frieze includes multiple carved stone panels and sections of lozenge patterned brick; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central entrance with stone surround extending to the to the second floor and first floor adjacent bays, including pilasters, Juliet balconies, and carved panels; fire escapes; carved stone sill course on first floor.
