Apartment building; Gothic Revival features; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays; brick façade; single and triple 2/1 and 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; crenelated parapet with inset balustrade flanked by pediments and pinnacles on end bays; soldier and header brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and keystone arch surround; stone sill course on first and fourth floors.
