Mayor Louis De Pascale, wife Mary and four sons are superimposed on an aerial view looking north - northwest of a large model (sign superimposed on Pier C "Hoboken's 'New Look'") showing proposed redevelopment of River and Hudson Streets from First to Fourth Streets. Seen are a square office and hotel tower at 1st and River Street with 3 residential buildings (to be called John J. Grogan Towers) to the north of it. The hotel/office building was not built as tower; it is now the site of the 6-story 5 Marineview Plaza office building. Only two residential buildings were constructed as Marine View Towers.
