Mixed-use row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories; 10 bays except storefronts and 3 bays on right half of second floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay, storefronts and 2 sets of casement windows on second floor; flat roof; bracketed cornice flanked with pediments; rotated brick frieze; masonry, arched and keystone window heads and stone sills; offset ground floor entrance; 6 pilasters extending from the second or third floor to the cornice ending in capitals; fabric awnings.
