Mixed-use apartment block; Spanish Colonial Revival; irregular E-shaped plan; 5 stories; brick façade; single and double 6/1 sash windows except entry bay and storefronts; flat roof; parapet with sections of crenelation, turrets, and tiled shed roof; arcaded brick cornice; bell towers rise above the roofline with arched openings and hipped roofs; main entrance with arched stone portico; sidewalk awning; terracotta carved arches above some windows; crenellated quoins; fire escapes with scrolled iron balconies.
