Pages [1-6] have articles about other ships and naval activities, orders, etc. Pages [7-8] have "Ship News" which was a report of activities on the Portsmouth in Hoboken such as an invitation from the Active Boat Club of Hoboken to their second [annual] Minstrel Show and Dance to be held at the Grand View Auditorium on April 28.
